The Opportunity
When Sightful reached out to ProExhibits for their booth at AWE 2024, they had just launched their most significant product to date—Space OS and Spacetop glasses. They needed a space that not only showcased their revolutionary AR technology but also created a memorable and engaging experience for attendees. Sightful envisioned an “elevated coffee shop” ambiance combined with an airline experience, aiming to captivate visitors with warm tones and an inviting atmosphere.
Our Approach
To bring Sightful’s vision to life, we designed a 20×40 booth that seamlessly blended the desired aesthetics with practical functionality. Using wood laminates and plants, we achieved a warm and welcoming environment. We incorporated airplane chairs to reinforce the Spacetop’s space theme and included a stage for live demonstrations of their product. Demo stations and a communal table were strategically placed to facilitate interactions between attendees and the Sightful team, ensuring that visitors could experience the Spacetop and Space OS firsthand in a comfortable and engaging setting.
The Results
The booth we created for Sightful not only met their requirements but also exceeded expectations by drawing in large crowds and creating a buzz at AWE 2024. The relaxing and inviting atmosphere allowed attendees to fully immerse themselves in the innovative capabilities of Space OS and Spacetop glasses. Our thoughtful design and strategic layout effectively communicated Sightful’s message and showcased their groundbreaking products, helping them achieve significant awareness and engagement at the event.
