The Opportunity

Enphase Energy, Inc., a leader in microinverter technology for the solar industry, sought to make a powerful impact at the SPI show. Their objective was to position themselves as a thought leader and preferred brand by educating installers, investors, and influencers on the benefits of their cutting-edge products. To achieve this, Enphase needed a booth that would not only capture attention but also effectively communicate their innovative solutions and foster engagement with key stakeholders. They turned to ProExhibits to create an environment that would meet these ambitious goals.

Our Approach

ProExhibits rose to the challenge with a meticulously crafted two-story island exhibit, designed to command attention from all angles. The booth’s elevated structure provided a striking visual presence, standing out amid the bustling show floor while also maximizing functional space. The design featured a 16-foot round circular deck, which served as a focal point for high-impact graphics and dynamic lighting. The layout was thoughtfully divided into four distinct areas: an educational presentation zone, a competitive installation challenge, a product showcase, and a space for one-on-one technical support. Additionally, the design included versatile meeting spaces and storage, as well as a dedicated area for hosting a daily happy hour, ensuring that the booth remained vibrant and engaging throughout the event.

The Results

The results of ProExhibits’ design were resoundingly positive. Enphase experienced continuous, wall-to-wall traffic throughout the show, with attendees spilling into the aisles during product presentations. The booth not only met but exceeded its objectives, particularly in terms of dominating the show conversation. As noted by Noelani Price, Global Marketing Communications Manager at Enphase, the exhibit’s clever design—combining educational, entertaining, and inviting elements—played a significant role in their success. The booth was heralded as the company’s best ever, and the innovative double-deck solution was subsequently featured in ExhibitorOnline, affirming its impact and effectiveness.
