Atlassian Hub Team 2024
The Opportunity
Atlassian approached ProExhibits to reinvent their Atlassian Hub for Team 2024. Having used the same layout for the past two years, Atlassian sought a fresh and innovative design while retaining all existing properties. Their goal was to transform the space from a 136×120 layout to a more expansive 244×88 rectangular shape, making the Hub feel larger, longer, and more intentional. Additionally, Atlassian wanted to debut their new branding at this event, ensuring that all digital content and graphics reflected their updated identity.
Our Approach
ProExhibits expertly repurposed Atlassian’s existing properties from 2023 and introduced new demo pods to showcase their latest products. Our creative team focused on enhancing the visual impact with key elements like the Atlassian “ACE” within three hanging signs, cylindrical LED video walls, and dynamic lighting throughout the space. We also integrated warm materials, such as wood grain headers, wood slat walls, and greenery, complemented by playful colors in the furniture and graphics. To achieve the desired spacious and accessible layout, we provided multiple concepts, ultimately settling on a design that spread out the features while maintaining a cohesive flow.
The Results
The feedback from the Atlassian team was overwhelmingly positive, with the new 244×88 layout providing a sense of openness and prominence. The intentional design and thoughtful incorporation of new and existing elements helped Atlassian successfully debut their rebranding, creating a memorable and impactful experience for attendees. As a result, the 2024 Atlassian Hub became their most attended “Atlassian Team” event since its return post-pandemic, showcasing ProExhibits’ ability to solve their challenges and elevate their presence at the conference.
