The Opportunity

American Express sought to create a lounge that epitomized the high-end, executive aesthetic and exceptional service synonymous with their Global Business Travel. They aimed to provide a space where their elite clientele could experience the premium service and exclusive environment that defines the American Express brand.

Our Approach

To achieve this vision, ProExhibits designed a secluded lounge that offered a variety of tailored experiences. The space included areas for one-on-one demos, private sections for executive meetings, and networking opportunities. Inspired by the recognizable ambiance of a movie theater, the lounge provided a familiar yet sophisticated setting that facilitated engagement and interaction among attendees.

The Results

The booth successfully created an inviting and recognizable atmosphere, aligning perfectly with American Express’s brand identity. This networking-centric approach enabled the Amex team to effectively convey their message and foster relationships in a comfortable and memorable environment. Positioned at the intersection of commerce and travel, the lounge highlighted American Express Global Business Travel’s comprehensive network, reliable service, and deep insights. This innovative space allowed American Express to optimize their clients’ travel and meetings investments, reinforcing their commitment to moving people and businesses forward.
